WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to three days of receiving an order. From that point, depending on the supplier it takes 10 to 20 days for items to arrive.  As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimating.  As we know the shipping timeframe is a bit long. We are constantly looking for suppliers who provide the type of items and style that fits into Lena's Boutiq's brand and where orders are received sooner.  We hope that you don't let that deter you from purchasing our items and looking "Fabulous"!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, we will send you a new package with full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

There are no customs and taxes charges currently applied to our items.
